Ciarán Forde

VP, Strategic Accounts & Alliances, Electrical Sector Sales - EMEA, Eaton

Ciarán Forde is responsible for leading the commercial sales strategy and implementation of our account driven business within the Data Center, Utility, Commercial and Industrial segments across Eaton’s Europe, Middle East and Africa Region (EMEA).

As part of Eaton’s EMEA leadership team, Ciarán contributes to defining the company’s strategic direction, and is key to aligning business goals with customer objectives and ensuring that partnerships and alliances support overall growth and success.

Ciarán has significant engineering, commercial and leadership experience in the telecom and data center industry and more recently has led, and will continue to, lead the strategic account sales teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Ciarán has extensive international experience working in various engineering and commercial leadership roles and locations. He joined Eaton in 2019, having previously worked for a number of major manufacturers in the industry, including Avaya, CommScope and others.

Ciarán holds a degree in Applied Physics from Kingston University, Surrey, UK, and an MBA from the Kingston Business School, UK. He is based in Dublin, Ireland.
