Jim serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of GRC® (Green Revolution Cooling)—The Immersion Cooling Authority®. In this role, he is responsible for the team that engages with prospects & clients to ascertain their needs, then delivers world-class cooling solutions enabling them to operate more effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.

Jim has an impeccable record of developing complex B2B commercial solutions for some of the world’s leading data center technology providers and private equity consulting firms.

Over the past three decades he’s helped companies like IBM, Compaq/HPE, Unisys and others scale up, boost sales, grow market share and develop innovative new products.

Jim holds a BBA in Administration and Marketing from the University of North Texas and is an alumnus of Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
