Mukul leads the efforts to collaborate with JCI's data center customers, focusing on their global growth & associated needs, and provides strategic guidance to reduce power consumption, water usage and total cost of ownership. Reliability, uptime and real time response are the over-arching themes.

He proactively understands the needs of the largest data center owners in terms of applied HVAC Equipment and lead the initiatives to launch specialized products for the vertical. He collaborates with the Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, Security, Building Automation & Controls and Rooftop Units, and assist in the installation & commissioning of infrastructure equipment.

Mukul leads several projects annually to establish best practices and drive voice of the customer through the organization. He participates in industry events and voice of the customer sessions to lead the business towards the current & future needs of JCI's customers

He establishes and maintains a global network of subject matter experts to form regional just in time teams to support the global expansion plans of JCI's largest customers at the velocity of growth being experienced in the Cloud and wholesale colocation segments.
