Robert Maroney attended California State University Hayward, School of Business and Economics,

in Hayward, CA. His experience and qualifications have served mission critical applications and

facilities for more than 21 years.

Robert has supported Active Power’s product sales and application engineering efforts. As Senior

Director of Business Development and Director of Strategic Accounts for Hyperscale customers he

has helped key users apply battery free technologies effectively in mission critical applications.

Since 2016 and the acquisition of Active Power by Piller Power Systems, he has served as Piller’s

Eastern Region Director.
