Independent Consultant & Instructor, DCD>AcademyJohn is a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years’ local experience in the Asian/ANZ Datacentre industry leading businesses focussing on engineering Infrastructure consultancy, design, operations and certification. He has extensive experience of working in Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, US and UK with global client groups on the design and operation of critical facilities in the Hyperscale, Colocation, Telecommunications, Broadcast and Financial Services sectors. John’s most recent role was as Managing Director, South Asia for Uptime Institute, prior to this he held positions including Technical Director for AECOM Singapore, Senior Associate for Arup (Australia) Ltd and Executive Director for DSCO in Hong Kong. Currently John is an Instructor with DCPro delivering Datacentre focused Course across SEA and ANZ.
