How are APAC’s digital infrastructure providers factoring sustainability into their planning and operations?
The Asia Pacific remains the growth engine of the global data center industry. Increases in population and economic activity, in the consumption of both IT software and hardware means that within 12 months, the Asia Pacific will overtake North America as the region with the largest data center footprint globally.
With the amount of energy, water, space and other finite resources consumed under increasing scrutiny, it is no longer deemed acceptable to see sustainability as a secondary benefit’. Delivering on sustainability will require considerable investment in the planning, design and construction of data processing, networking and storage infrastructure. This broadcast will share the most recent and relevant ideas on designing, constructing, operating and procuring sustainably while still keeping pace with the Asia Pacific’s rapid expansion.
